Government is now trying to buy about 471 Pajero Jeeps for the Upazilla Chairmans.
Each of them will cost only 38 lac taka =3.8 million taka = 1,78,98,00,000 taka = 178 crore 98 lac taka, that is near about 180 crore taka.
In a very poor country , like Bangladesh, is it too necessary to buy so luxurious jeeps for them?
A lot of people are there , who can't take meal 2 times a day, they need to undergo starvation several times. Isn't it too much ?
Rather developing the country, providing jobs for millions of unemployed people as well as increasing the salary of workers are the main needs of the country now.
Who will think about it ?

it is more than "too much"...my father went to Delhi 5 months b4 & stayed there for three days....during that time he found only 2 Pajeroes there rest of the cars were Indian cars...if they can use their cars...then why our chairmen & ministers can't do it??? why are they unable to move without Mercedes Benz, pajeros & Rolls-Royce???
