Lower casts negligence in India

In India, there are 4 casts of people.----

1) Bhraxman- The upper cast and respected by all others. The sons or daughters of Bhraxman becomes Bhraxman. There is no chance of other casts to become Bhraxman any time in their life.
2) Khotriyo- The second cast. Below than Bhraxman.
3) Baishnab - The third one and known as lower cast.They cant touch the superior casts.
4) Sudro - The lowest cast. They cant touch Bhraxmans and neither can marry Bhraxmans.

But most of the Indians do not follow these ancient rules.Congratulations to them.

But what happened in Urishha?

* Promila Mollik, an Indian minister , who belongs to a lower cast, visited a Mandir ( Prayer place, like Church, Mosque) and sayed prayer.
*After she went away, the Purohits ( Like Fathers of church),considered that the Mandir was no longer a noble place by the foot of a lower cast.
* So they washed the whole Mandir to transform it into a noble place.

*** SHOULDN'T IT BE STOPPED ?

*** SHOULDN'T THE PEOPLE OF LOWER CASTS GET THEIR OWN RIGHT?

*** THE ACTIVITIES ARE AGAINST INDIAN CONSTITUTION. SHOULDN'T THE PUROHITS PUNISHED?
